I work within a person centred approach and specialise in #bereavement, #anxiety, #panic attacks, #recovery from narcissistic abuse, #domestic abuse recovery, #depression, #anxiety, #stress, #trauma, #suicidal thoughts, #racism trauma, #post-natal depression, #relationship problems, #separation and divorce, #redundancy, #anger management, #menopause and #loneliness.

Progress and recovery is continually monitored and regularly reviewed so you feel in charge. Style is adapted according to individual needs.

Experience

Over a two decades of experience within mental health, public health and wellbeing, working for charities, the NHS and a local authority. Experience of transcultural services. Have delivered counselling in educational settings with young people and within clinical settings as well community based settings.

A British Psychological Society accredited BSc Psychology (Hons)
Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Initial Consultation

Initial consultation is £30.00 for an hour. This will involve identifying the main issues and measuring current levels of anxiety and depression.

Fees

My fees are £45.00 for 50 minutes. Concessions are available for existing clients who may hit upon hard times. Reduced rate of £40.00 for students and families on low income.

When I Work

I can work flexibly with evening sessions as well as occasional weekend sessions.
